Book Proposal
Step #2 is the standard Book Proposal, which should include:
  • Author Bio

  • Synopsis: 10 pages maximum, double-spaced, 12 pt type. Convey the full arc of the project. Suggestion: for fiction or memoir, use the voice of the narrator.

  • Sample chapters. Limit to two chapters or 30 pages, whichever is less. 12 pt. type, double space, single space between sentences.

The Proposal marks a decision point.

Is this a Commercial or a Personal project?
